2023 Big Ten Tournament bracket, schedule: Live updates, college basketball scores, NCAA Bracketology

Date:

The Big Ten Tournament gets underway Wednesday in the first of a five-day sprint to the finish line ahead of Selection Sunday. The tournament begins at 6:30 p.m. ET with No. 12 seed Wisconsin in dire need of a win over No. 13 seed Ohio State for its bubble prospects as the Badgers are teetering on the outside looking in entering the week.

Day 1 of the Big Ten Tournament will wrap Wednesday evening with a finale featuring No. 11 seed Nebraska and No. 14 seed Minnesota with No. 6 seed Maryland awaiting the winner there. Nebraska won both regular-season matchups against the Golden Gophers and carries with it five wins in its last six games heading into the postseason.

If that’s not enough to whet your March Madness appetite, the expectation this week is that there will be plenty of drama on deck elsewhere aside from bubble teams in the Big Ten. All eyes will be on No. 1 seed Purdue — a possible No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament that drew a double-bye — as the Boilermakers barrel towards the Big Dance. Purdue finished 4-4 in its final eight regular-season games and its credentials for earning a top seed have waned, so running the table this week would do well for its prospects in giving it some desperately needed momentum as well. No. 2 seed Northwestern could also steal the show this week with a run, while No. 3 seed Indiana is lurking as a contender led by Trayce Jackson-Davis and Jalen Hood-Schifino.

So buckle up and prepare yourself by checking out the full schedule and tip times for the tournament below.
