The trends are clear: consumers are looking for value, reliability, a great experience, and they’re finding it online.

A survey of 9,600 shoppers across the globe, including 750 UK consumers, shows that 86% of people in the UK are looking online for better value when shopping as a result of inflation and only 23% continue to shop with the brand they trust, regardless of price.
