LSUA’s Dwayne Harmason makes impact on General basketball’s win streak

Date:

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB) – The LSUA men’s basketball team is getting greedy in the win column as they have now won 12 games in a row.

As big of a role as first-year Head Coach Dimario Jackson has played in the program’s success, credit also has to be given to Assistant Coach Dwayne Harmason.

Coach Harmason was also an assistant with Coach Jackson at Port Allen, where he helped them win two state championships, played Division I and pro ball overseas. All those life experiences made something like starting the season 0-3 seem pretty easy to overcome.

Now with a few weeks left in the season, the Generals have flipped the script and are ready for whoever stands in their way of a championship.
